Partner, Business Consulting - Utilities Sector
Join Infosys Consulting as a Partner in the North American Utilities practice, focusing on Customer Information Systems (CIS) transformation using SAP S/4HANA.
Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain professional relationships with senior and C-level client executives, provide trusted advisory.
Engagement Delivery & Management : Take bottom‑line responsibility for program execution, guide teams, manage client stakeholders, ensure quality.
Proposal Development & Delivery : Lead teams in preparing large proposals, articulate unique value proposition, review financials, present to clients.
Opportunity Identification/Creation : Identify multi‑million dollar opportunities within existing and new clients using industry expertise and regulatory knowledge.
Contract Negotiation : Prepare negotiations on terms and conditions, obtain internal approvals to close deals smoothly.
Talent Management : Attract, develop and retain top consulting talent.
Industry Eminence : Publish thought leadership and participate in industry forums.
Practice Building : Identify growth strategies, develop new offerings and capabilities.
Operations : Ensure operational excellence within portfolio, manage pipeline, forecasting and cash collections.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
15+ years of leadership experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management.
At least 10 years of consulting experience in Utilities.
SAP consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA focus.
Two full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA programs in any industry and one in a utility with >1M customers.
Phase 0 engagement for a utility defining S/4HANA roadmap and business case.
Willingness to travel up to 80%.
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree.
18+ years of leadership experience with strong sales/relationship management.
Partner capacity at a Big 4 or equivalent firm.
Experience with Global Delivery Model.
Benefits Competitive base salary with annual compensation range $200,000–$500,000 for Bridgewater NJ & Chicago, IL. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance; long‑term/short‑term disability; 401(k) plan; paid holidays and PTO.
