The Time Tools product helps SMB customers streamline time off, time tracking, and scheduling to save time, save money, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. What Product Management Is Like At Gusto: We’re looking for high-autonomy, entrepreneurial Product Managers to build high-impact solutions for small businesses and their employees. Our product team is lean with ownership; you’ll operate like a business owner across end-to-end roadmaps, from strategy to execution. We use AI to automate and amplify creativity and performance, and PMs partner across a boundaryless organization to deliver customer value with urgency and care. Responsibilities
Ownership: Develop innovative and industry-leading products across desktop, mobile, conversational UI, and native platforms that serve Gusto’s SMB customers. North Star: Define and execute product strategies to progress toward the Time product vision and business goals. Collaborate: Work with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Product Marketers, and Data Scientists to set the vision for Gusto’s Time products. Execution: Drive speed and outcomes, using AI as a co-builder to turn complex problems into durable, customer-loved solutions. Foster quality: Create an environment that enables rapid execution while maintaining high standards of quality. Cross-functional partnerships: Collaborate with product and business teams across the company to deliver excellent products and services. Influence stakeholders to align intent, resources, and prioritization. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of product management experience Collaborative approach with a track record of building consensus and delivering results with cross-functional partners Proven ability to ship simple, elegant products at scale Excellent organization and prioritization skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply data to decision making Scrappy, solution-oriented execution to overcome obstacles Effective written and verbal communication Customer empathy in shaping product direction and execution If you don’t meet all criteria but are interested, please apply. Cash compensation for this role is $152,000 to $190,000/yr in Denver and most major metro locations, and $184,000 to $230,000/yr for San Francisco, New York, and Seattle. Final offer amounts depend on location, experience, and other factors. Location and Workspace
Gusto has offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York and remote team members across the US and Canada. We are also actively hiring in hubs including Toronto, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
