Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end architectural design of the full-stack generative AI application, from the front-end user experience to the underlying microservices and data pipelines Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering leads to create a seamless, intuitive, and highly interactive Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) interface for our AI agents Drive the evolution of the application's front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring loose coupling and clear API contracts between the user-facing components and the core AI services Establish and govern the full-stack technical roadmap, ensuring our application is scalable, reliable, and built on a modern, maintainable technology stack Mentor development teams on best practices for full-stack development, guiding the implementation of features that require deep integration between the user interface and our AI engine Champion technical excellence and innovation across the entire application, with a focus on creating a high-quality, responsive, and powerful user experience that drives product adoption
Qualifications
Minimum eight years of recent professional experience, with a strong emphasis on full-stack development and a proven track record of architecting complex, user-facing applications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Expertise in designing and building full-stack solutions, including experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), API design, and backend microservices on platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Proficiency in Agile methodologies and extensive experience with SDLC tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and articulate architectural decisions that impact both user experience and backend infrastructure Experience architecting applications that integrate complex AI/ML systems, with a specific focus on building effective and intuitive user interfaces for human-agent interaction and data visualization
