A General Manager (GM) oversees a Domino’s store’s daily operations, drives strategic growth, and ensures departmental efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards. The GM leads all aspects of store operations, delivering outstanding customer service, high‑quality products, and operational excellence while fostering a positive, motivating environment that encourages team development.

General Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store, providing overall leadership, and supervising operations. They are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.

Manage store operations and drive results

Recruit, develop, and retain best‑in‑class talent

Manage food safety and team member safety

Provide best‑in‑class customer service

Operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)

What we’re looking for

Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast‑paced service environment

Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities

Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees

Ability to lead and promote team members and food safety protocols

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)

Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age

Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred

High School equivalent education level

Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team

Proven ability to problem‑solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints

Strong decision‑making and conflict resolution skills

Proven ability to set goals and create plans to achieve them

Proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal

Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor (accurate and speedy math skills)

Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
