Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality native iOS applications in Swift
Lead architecture, design, and technical decision‑making for new and existing systems (focus on design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
Mentor junior developers and serve as technical lead for the iOS team
Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit testing practices
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional (non‑internship) software development experience
Proven experience as a tech lead, mentor, or engineering team lead
Strong architecture and system design experience
Proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, C++, C#) with solid object‑oriented design skills
Hands‑on iOS development experience using Swift
Experience writing and contributing to unit tests for mobile applications
100% onsite role in Redmond, WA. No remote or hybrid options.
