We're seeking an experienced and highly technical Scrum Master and Project Manager to lead Finance IT initiatives and business-as-usual operations within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role combines strategic project leadership with Agile delivery, managing end-to-end execution, driving Agile practices, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to improve processes and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Oversee BAU operations, including incident management and root cause analysis. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and mitigate risks. Maintain governance standards, documentation, and compliance with PMO frameworks. Deliver executive-level reporting through dashboards, KPIs, and concise summaries.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and BAU operations, ideally in Finance or Enterprise Applications. Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ability to adapt approaches. Hands?on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications. Proven track record in Agile delivery and Scrum leadership across distributed teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead through influence. Preferred certifications: PMP and Agile/Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
