About the role
Join our dynamic Software and Services team at Walmart/VIZIO as a Software Engineer II. You'll design and implement cutting‑edge software solutions that impact millions of users globally.
Base pay range $96,000.00/yr – $186,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Design and implement software solutions adhering to coding standards.
Test code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Monitor and fix bugs in a timely manner.
Recommend improvements to the shared codebase.
Document complex software components and add code comments as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years of development experience in a commercial setting.
Proficiency in .Net and C#, with strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming.
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB or NoSQL.
Skilled in building microservices and working with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance‑tune software code.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and ability to integrate digital accessibility seamlessly.
Desire to contribute to Walmart’s accessibility standards and inclusive culture.
