We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office per week). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the client operations and reporting team by demonstrating expertise in client performance metrics and reporting standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations and improve client service delivery. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability in client operations. Oversee the preparation and presentation of performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance. Drive innovation in reporting processes by integrating new technologies and methodologies. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. Typically 4‑7 years of experience and 0‑1 years of management experience. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting and performance metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
