Senior Software Engineer
Location / Work Structure:
Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (flexible after orientation)
Compensation:
$130,000–$140,000, direct hire

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable applications using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Docker
Modernize legacy systems while building new client-facing tools, including a new CMS platform
Collaborate closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to align software initiatives with company goals
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level engineers
Contribute to architectural decisions and infrastructure development for APIs and other platforms
Promote software development best practices, including test-driven development, maintainability, and security
What Experience You’ll Have
6–7+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Docker
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, architecture, and scalability
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and mentoring junior developers
Ability to partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical solutions
What Experience Is Nice To Have
Experience modernizing legacy systems while maintaining operational stability
Background in legal technology, case management, or related industries
