Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.

Qualifications General job duties for all store team members:
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential functions/skills:
Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly, may use calculator)
Correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
Walking: short distances and durations.
Sitting: paperwork at a desk.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb.
Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, dough trays.
Pushing/Pulling: trays on dollies.
Climbing: stairs or ladders for maintenance.
Additional tasks include stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, eye‑hand coordination, and manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter.
Driving Requirements Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills to read maps and local addresses.
