As a Refinery Site Lead, you will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for your customer accounts, technicians and account representatives
Interpreting technical data and sending service reports to identify customer recommendations on a daily or weekly basis
Attending customer meetings on a regular basis to lead business reviews and technical presentations
Interfacing with customers and internal teams to promote teamwork and provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and assistance
Managing account budget, P&L, chemical inventories and coordination of chemical at customer locations
Identifying customer projects to help create new sales growth opportunities
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Chemical Engineering Degree preferred)
Have 7 years of experience in Industrial, Refining, or Sales
Demonstrate knowledge of Refinery Process and Finished Fuels Additive and treatment
Show proficiency in IT such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers
Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems

This role is working with our customer on-site. Monday - Friday, 8-5; with afterhours support as needed.
