Opportunity First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Specialist/Officer to join our Commercial Real Estate Team.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $47,500 – $80,000/annually; commensurate with experience. The level and pay for this role is at the discretion of the Manager and will be discussed at the time of the offer.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
5 years experience in Commercial Banking operations and support with a strong focus on loan operations, particularly commercial real estate and construction lending
2 years of commercial loan documentation experience
Working knowledge of basic compliance rules and regulations, basic mortgage documents, intermediate loan agreements, lien laws, legal terminology, escrow, certificates of insurance, contracts, and basic accounting
Sound knowledge of the bank's CIP, BSA, and AML policies and procedures
State of notary license
