Base Pay Range $82,000.00/yr - $157,000.00/yr
Description We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the USDS Earnix team, designing and building major pricing programs to transform our pricing ecosystem and post-modeling processes.
The role will collaborate closely with modeling, data, and technology teams to build pricing programs, support post-modeling activities, ensure accuracy of outputs, coordinate with IT/Experience/MDS, maintain data models, implement use cases, troubleshoot post-launch queries, automate processes, and engage with the data science community.
Responsibilities
Build USDS pricing programs in Earnix.
Assist on designing best-in-class capabilities to support post-modeling activities, including calibration, dislocation, and filing.
Ensure accuracy of all pricing and non-pricing outputs from Earnix.
Coordinate planning and execution with IT/Experience/MDS with understanding of high-level rating architecture.
Assist on creating and maintaining rigorous data models for Earnix analytical projects and API.
Assist on designing and implementing other use cases of Earnix as a rating engine.
As required, troubleshoot and support post-launch queries and issues.
Adopt a transformational mindset to improve and automate processes where applicable.
Regularly engage with the data science community and participate in cross-functional working groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, economics, or another quantitative field; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years, of relevant work experience.
Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; proficient in new and emerging technologies; may possess data modeling skills.
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
