Role Description As an Operations Manager (Store Manager), you will oversee daily operations, manage schedules and inventory, train staff, and ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction and sales performance.
Responsibilities
Work hands‑on to help the team thrive and grow.
Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Implement and enforce customer service practices to guarantee exceptional client experiences.
Manage and develop staff members, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Maintain strict inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing exceptional service.
Analyze financial data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and competition, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven track record in sales leadership and strong sales background.
Team‑oriented, able to thrive in a dynamic learning environment.
Minimum 23 years of successful sales experience.
Minimum 23 years of managerial or supervisory experience, including recruiting, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, coaching, and support.
Dedication to meeting and exceeding performance expectations, including sales targets and store goals.
Passion for maintaining store image and ensuring exceptional first‑time impressions.
Flexibility and dependability for a full‑time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; readiness to handle on‑call responsibilities.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strict adherence to loss‑prevention control and compliance procedures.
Physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds.
Knowledge of the tanning and spa industry is a plus.
Experience
