Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dentist located at South Point Family Dentistry in Durham, NC. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosing oral health issues, developing treatment plans, performing routine dental procedures, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. Responsibilities also include maintaining patient records, staying current with advancements in dentistry, and ensuring a high standard of patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Proficiency in general dentistry, restorative procedures, and preventive care

Experience with diagnostic tools and techniques, including radiography and oral examinations

Excellent communication and patient education skills to create a positive patient experience

Ability to manage time efficiently, collaborate with dental staff, and maintain detailed patient records

A DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

Valid state dental license and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging dental technologies and techniques
