Key Responsibilities
Lead a sales team to grow and scale domestic revenues of Twitch’s advertising category.
Sell digital advertising solutions to Fortune 500 C-Level executives and their ad agencies.
Act as a strategic partner to assigned clients, managing and expanding their advertising mix.
Maintain a consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Build and nurture long‑standing client‑side and agency relationships.
Provide leadership and performance coaching to sales talent.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience.
Experience hiring and retaining sales talent.
Experience consistently closing sales and generating revenues.
5+ years of sales management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving the sales management process and playing a hands‑on role in driving sales.
Experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges from $159,300/year in the lowest geographic market to $263,300/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company—equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
