My client is seeking a Head of Pricing to lead enterprise-wide pricing strategy for a multi-billion-dollar financial services platform. This high-impact role will oversee all pricing functions, drive data-driven decision-making, and partner across the organization to shape the company’s growth, profitability, and risk posture. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with deep analytical expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to guide teams through complex, dynamic environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee all pricing teams and functions, setting strategy and driving execution across the organization.

Develop, refine, and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and support long-term growth.

Transform complex data and analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Leverage advanced analytics to identify trends, forecast performance, and guide proactive pricing decisions.

Partner closely with Data Science, Fraud, Risk, Product, and broader strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective pricing models.

Drive business transformation through pricing innovation, market insights, and risk-reward balancing.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of pricing leaders and analysts.

Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, analytical rigor, and continuous learning.

Oversee pricing performance from ideation to implementation, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with financial goals.

Present pricing strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional partners.

Monitor competitive and market dynamics to adjust pricing frameworks as needed.

Support enterprise-level initiatives where pricing strategy plays a key role.

Ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation within pricing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Take ownership of business outcomes tied to pricing performance and financial impact.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of experience in pricing, risk, analytics, financial services, or related strategic functions.

Demonstrated success shaping vision, leading teams, and delivering results across multiple credit cycles.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence enterprise-wide decisions and collaborate across teams.

Proven ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear recommendations and business actions.

Experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing analytical or pricing teams.

Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, forecasting, market dynamics, and financial modeling.

Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Ability to balance risk, reward, customer value, and business performance in pricing decisions.
