Within our Primary Portfolio Operations team, the Portfolio Associate supports the Primary Investment team in areas focused on the raising and investing of capital, portfolio monitoring, and improving our business operations. This role has exposure to a wide range of activities including marketing and fundraising, portfolio analysis and reporting of both commingled and separately managed accounts, as well as ad‑hoc internal or client‑specific requests. The role also serves as a liaison with other internal departments including Investor Relations, Client Experience, Solutions, Enterprise Investment Office, Accounting, Tax, and Legal/Compliance, in addition to other strategy Portfolio Operations teams in Boston, Dublin, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. What You Will Do
Prepare, maintain, and present materials for internal and external quarterly portfolio reviews and updates. Assist Product Specialists with developing responses to fundraising/marketing‑related requests, including both quantitative and qualitative queries. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Primary‑related marketing, global investment forum, annual meeting, and advisory board materials. Analyze performance of primary‑focused funds for internal analyses as well as inclusion in fundraising activities. Leverage data, create templates, and maintain standardized/recurring analysis to support strategy team metrics. Identify and implement initiatives to improve business activities and help address Primary team needs through the use of technology. What You Bring
An understanding of private markets. Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience with report, dashboard, and other analytical tool design, creation, and maintenance. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; PowerBI a plus. Education Preferred
Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience. Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience. Experience
3‑5 years of relevant experience preferred. Salary Range
$79,000.00 – $111,000.00 (USD). This base salary range is one component of total compensation. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus and potentially long‑term reward programs, a comprehensive total rewards package may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
