Job Summary Location: Methodist Hospital Foundation Address: 8701 W. Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE

Responsible for managing the strategy, communications, and execution of the Caring Campaign, coordinating The Meaning of Care Awards program, supporting donor prospecting with grateful patients, and assisting with grant writing and proposal development.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, communications, and implementation of the Caring Campaign; coordinate ambassador communications, timelines, materials, and team collaboration to ensure successful execution; report participation numbers and outcomes; determine ways to engage employees throughout the year.

Oversee all aspects of The Meaning of Care Awards program, including nominations, communications, and monthly presentations at Management Forum.

Identify and qualify grateful patient prospects in coordination with Foundation and clinical staff.

Support cultivation and stewardship strategies to enhance donor relationships.

Assist with grant identification, proposal development, submission, progress reports, and coordinate supporting materials and data to strengthen funding requests.

Schedule Full‑time, business hours. Evenings/weekends as necessary.

Job Requirements Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, or related field required.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a development setting with a focus on relationship building and community engagement.

License/Certifications
