JD from a top‑tier law school.
9+ years of experience in securities law, with deep knowledge of public company regulations, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
Strong experience with SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 reporting (Forms 3, 4, and 5).
Proven ability in drafting proxy statements, board resolutions, and corporate governance documents.
Experience with broker‑dealer, FINRA, investment adviser, or fund formation is a plus.
NY Bar admission required.
