Electrical System Integration / System Design Engineer
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite). Full‑time. Visa: Green Card / US Citizen. 5 open positions.
Base Pay Range:
$120,000/yr - $130,000/yr
We are looking for candidates with an Electrical/Embedded background and Aerospace domain experience (e.g., Boeing, Astronics). Harness design candidates are not considered.
Position Responsibilities
Work with Cabin Systems including interior lighting, passenger address systems, seatback video, passenger connectivity, satellite connections, in‑flight entertainment, and more.
Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
Test and validate system designs to ensure they meet operational and functional requirements.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance.
Solve problems involving fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
Research specific technology advances for potential applications to the company.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology).
Experience working in an electrical design engineering environment, with emphasis on electronic and electrical system design and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Flight Management Systems.
Pilot’s license and/or experience working in the flight deck.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
