$30–$50 /hour , based on experience

Your Day-to-Day:
Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
Install residential HVAC systems : gas to gas, oil to gas conversions, high-efficiency and communicating systems, boilers, venting, gas piping, IAQ equipment ( no oil to oil installs ).
Train and develop junior HVAC installers with a focus on skill-building and professional growth.
Lead and coordinate with your install crew to ensure top-notch results.
Troubleshoot system installations and provide customer hand-offs with confidence.
Ensure code-compliant, high-quality installations that make you and your team proud.
Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members.
What You Bring:
5+ years of HVAC installation experience
EPA Type II Certification (preferred, but we’ll help you get it if needed); EPA Certification (Required); NATE Certification (a plus!)
A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
Strong technical skills (ductwork, wiring, startup procedures, etc.)
Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including boilers, gas piping, high-efficiency systems, and IAQ
Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A passion for mentoring and coaching junior installers
A great attitude, dependability, and commitment to coworker and customer satisfaction
