Overview We are currently recruiting for a Test Engineer III who will design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
What You Will Do
Design, fabricate, and program Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
Develop, evaluate, and recommend state‑of‑the‑art and cost‑effective test methods and equipment.
Evaluate new product designs to improve Design for Test (DFT).
Develop specifications for manufacturing processes in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering.
Generate test procedures.
Curate time and cost estimates for tester development.
Train technicians on tester operation and troubleshooting.
Provide testing support.
Assist in the design and development of manual test fixtures.
Perform all other job responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Thorough understanding of electronics and design.
Strong understanding of basic engineering computer software.
Comprehensive knowledge of test equipment and how to operate.
Computer programming skills.
Experience with commercial PCB ATE operation and programming is a plus.
Experience 5 years or equivalent combination of education & experience.
Education
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Required).
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
Travel 0%
Pay & Benefits The posted pay range is $94,800 – $126,400, depending on experience and other factors.
