We are seeking an Equipment Engineer with strong hands‑on and troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and safety in an electronics manufacturing environment. This role combines technical maintenance, system‑level problem solving, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and calibrate equipment; perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Conduct system‑level troubleshooting to optimize equipment performance. Oversee equipment installation, calibration, upgrades, and spare parts management. Interpret schematic drawings and block diagrams to diagnose and resolve issues.
Qualifications Minimum requirement: Associate of science degree in electrical or electro‑mechanical engineering. 2+ years relevant work experience in electronics manufacturing. Proficiency in equipment maintenance, repair, installation, and calibration. Strong troubleshooting skills, including system‑level failure analysis. Ability to read and apply schematic drawings and block diagrams. Experience with hand/power tools; able to lift 30–50 lbs. Vendor management and coordination experience. Valid driver’s license; willingness to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Basic computer and documentation skills. Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
