Security Officers
to join our team. This role requires individuals who are mature, attentive, and take pride in representing a high-standard environment. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, carries themselves well in uniform, communicates clearly, and values teamwork. They are detail-oriented, reliable, calm under pressure, and consistently go above and beyond to support both the team and the property. Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to identify and report unusual or suspicious activity. Conduct routine patrols/rounds using TourTrax or similar tracking systems to ensure safety and compliance. Manage and document deliveries, visitor access, and incoming shipments per established protocols. Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following all procedures. Maintain accurate and professional reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports. Assist residents, guests, and staff with questions or concerns while providing excellent customer service. Enforce safety and security policies with professionalism and respect. Collaborate with the team and take initiative to support operations and exceed expectations. Qualifications
Previous security experience preferred. Strong professionalism, maturity, and reliability. Comfortable using technology such as CCTV systems, computers, and digital reporting tools. Polished, well-groomed appearance in uniform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay calm, alert, and courteous in stressful situations. Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and perform regular patrols. Team-oriented with a commitment to high standards and consistent performance. Available Shifts
