Your job on the client service team is a critical one at Procyon. Procyon is a vibrant and growing wealth management platform comprised of a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Benefits, Tax and Risk practices. As a wealth management firm, we currently have fifty plus people taking care of 1,500 clients and entrusted with over $8 Billion of client wealth.
You will be a client-facing, primary point-of-contact for all service-related needs for your designated clients at the firm. You will support many aspects of the administrative and client service aspects of the client’s relationship with the firm. You will work under the direction of the Director of Client Service and in close coordination with your financial advisors and other colleagues.

About the Job CSAs are incredibly thorough in their work, possessing strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills. The ability to multi‑task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities is important. The ideal candidate is detail and service oriented. You effectively communicate information to clients and colleagues alike and work well within a team construct.
Key Tasks
New account/client onboarding
Processing applications
Make regular proactive phone/email client contact
Ensure the firm’s Client Service Matrix is implemented for each client
Client ad‑hoc assistance – Money movement, Security transfers, Account maintenance requests, Online access help
Document client information and conversations in Salesforce (CRM)
Function as a member of the CRM administration team
Partner with 3 rd party technology and investment providers to maintain operations processes
Work with the Practice Manager on administrative, operations and office management tasks
Complete assigned collateral duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum three years of client service experience within the financial services industry. (RIA, wirehouse or other firm)
Computer proficiency with MS Office suite.
Strong communication skills, including a friendly personality, adept written and verbal communication, commitment to client confidentiality, and security‑mindedness.
Works independently but is coachable; self‑manages projects throughout the lifecycle, reliable and honest, committed to compliance standards and policies, and able to work within a growing firm culture (autonomy and innovation encouraged).
Ability to work in the office Tuesday‑Thursday from Shelton, CT, Fulton, MD, or Melville, NY.
What’s Not
A desire to be an advisor or have business development responsibilities.
Financial industry licenses.
Related professional certifications like the CFP are a plus, but not required.
Optional: Tech Stack Familiarity
Custodians: Charles Schwab and Fidelity.

We pay a competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus for this role. In addition, the annual bonus is subject to a firm multiplier to reward employees for the firm’s overall performance.
Our benefits package is competitive with medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k) match, and four weeks’ vacation from the start. We also follow the NYSE holiday schedule. The dress code is business casual with the occasional suit or equivalent needed for client meetings.
We currently have two larger offices in Shelton, CT, and Melville, NY, and smaller offices in Glastonbury, CT, Manhattan, NY, Fulton, MD, and Knoxville, TN.
