About this role Screencastify built the simplest screen recorder in the world. Now we aim to expand our solutions and accelerate growth. As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive the new business sales process from prospecting to close, building and managing a book of business.

What you'll do
Work full‑cycle deals from prospect research to close.
Be a Screencastify evangelist, articulating the problems we solve.
Beat daily outreach goals for prospects and potential customers.
Measure and optimize the effectiveness of all sales stages.
Share best practices organization‑wide.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing.
Achieve quarterly KPIs and consistently hit pipeline and new‑business targets.
You're perfect for this role if you
Have 5+ years of inside B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
Own a territory and full sales cycle.
Know how to sell inbound/outbound leads, build pipeline, and close quickly.
Have worked extensively with Salesforce or HubSpot.
Are charismatic in writing and conversation.
Jump at opportunities to break convention and move fast.
Excited about a small, rapidly‑growing startup; thrive in a self‑driven environment with high accountability.
This is a Chicago‑based hybrid position with 3 days a week in the office.

Compensation Expected salary starts at $75,000, with OTE between $130,000–$135,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
