Job Summary The Regional Sales Director is the senior sales management person for a region who manages and directs our sales team to achieve sales and profit goals in the region. The RSD will develop short and long‑term sales strategies and be responsible for the budgets of the Sales Account Managers in the region.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.

Manage a sales team to achieve maximum sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate‑set goals.

Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.

Implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.

Mentor and teach Sales Account Managers.

Develop specific plans to ensure short and long‑term growth.

Educate the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.

Review regional expenses and recommend improvements.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Salary: Min USD $110,000.00 per year. Max USD $170,000.00 per year.

Must be self‑motivated, positive in approach, professional and able to lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvements.

Must have superior communication skills and be highly organized.

Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.

Must have proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentations.

Must be able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.

Must be able to secure and maintain a Company‑sponsored American Express Card.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements

Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.

Must possess a minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience; a minimum of five (5) years in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field preferred.

Must be familiar with and able to effectively utilize a sales management software package.

Must have a minimum of six (6) years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Must meet Company minimum driving standards.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Must have demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks and manage these to final completion and customer turnover.

Minimum Experience 6+ years.

License Requirements No specific license required.

High School Requirement High School diploma or GED equivalency.
