SUMMARY The Sales Operations & Account Coordinator is a key account‑facing role responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the quote‑to‑order process. This role owns the full RFQ‑to‑order lifecycle in SAP, ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in Salesforce, and acts as a critical liaison between customers, Outside Sales, Pricing, and Production teams.

By combining proactive customer engagement, quoting intelligence, and operational precision, this role strengthens customer satisfaction, drives pipeline accuracy, and directly contributes to the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in the RF/Electrical components or manufacturing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Quote‑to‑Order Execution

Manage the complete RFQ → Quote → PO → Order Confirmation cycle in SAP with accuracy, speed, and compliance with pricing and margin guidelines.

Partner with Pricing to provide quote history, pricing deltas, and margin approvals.

Acknowledge RFQs and inquiries the same day and maintain consistent follow‑up until closure.

Track and maintain win/loss data to support competitive positioning.

Collaborate with Sales and customers to collect and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce and SAP.

Ensure leadership visibility into pipeline health and demand trends through data accuracy and timely updates.

Support Sales in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive coordination and communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, procurement teams, and buyers through professional, customer‑first communication (emails, calls, conference calls).

Partner with Outside Sales to align on account strategy, opportunities, and engagement.

Capture and record quoting intelligence including program alignment, likelihood of closure, competitors, customer expectations on pricing and lead time, and win/loss outcomes.

Maintain all account intelligence in SAP/Salesforce for strategic planning and pipeline visibility.

Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams (Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics).

Provide same‑day order status updates, shipment tracking, and confirmations.

Coordinate expedited requests, RMAs, and rework activities, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer scorecards, open orders, and credit holds, taking proactive steps to prevent disruptions.

Suggest partial shipments or other mitigation techniques to maintain continuity and customer trust.

Performance Measures (KPIs)

Responsiveness: Same‑day acknowledgment and consistent follow‑up on customer inquiries.

Process Accuracy: Timely, error‑free management of SAP/Salesforce transactions.

Engagement Quality: Strong customer relationships, proactive communication, and high satisfaction scores.

Pipeline Accuracy: Clean forecasting data and timely closure of quotes/orders.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred / Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations within the RF/Electrical components or manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution or Order Management) and Salesforce CRM required.

Strong understanding of quote‑to‑order and order‑to‑cash workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Conversational in any other language is a plus.

SALARY INFORMATION According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between

$70,000

and

$80,000

annually. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline.
