Commercial Growth Associate Account Executive Join MongoDB as a Commercial Growth Associate Account Executive, an entry‑level role focused on managing the full sales process and driving revenue growth in your assigned region.

This role will be based hybrid in Boston, MA or New York, NY.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business of several million dollars, responsible for growth and retention of high value accounts.

Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.

Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & Developers.

Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB.

Manage your time efficiently.

Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.

Partner with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Participate in sales enablement trainings, including a comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs.

Qualifications

1-2 years of field experience in quota‑carrying sales in a fast‑paced, competitive market.

Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline.

A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.

Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

Skilled in building business champions.

Fluent in English.

Must live in the territory (Boston, MA; New York, NY).

Driven and competitive, with a strong desire for success.

Familiarity with databases, development and open source technology is a plus.

$60,008 – $60,008 USD .
