.Net Applications Developer
to support agile methodology development for software maintenance and operations using .NET‑based coding tools. Responsibilities
Well‑rounded technical expertise in full systems development lifecycle
Perform system analysis, requirements collection, design, development, training, data conversion, implementation, documentation, and end‑user support
Support all websites, web‑enabled data‑entry systems, standalone and client‑server applications, and collaborative computing products
Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software
Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications
Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements
Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software
Evaluate effectiveness and address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements
Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management
Assist in evaluating and recommending application software packages, application integration and testing tools
Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Participate in development of software user manuals and technical reports
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or experience in lieu of a degree equal to a bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements
5+ years of .Net Applications Development experience using Microsoft C#, .NET Core 8, .NET Framework 4.0 or greater, Azure DevOps (or Team Foundation Server), MVC Design Patterns, EF 4 or higher, MVVM, jQuery, AJAX, RESTful Web Services, Windows Services, ASP.NET (C#), Telerik Kendo UI, and/or Windows Server 2012 or above
Desired Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Agile Scrum & Kanban methods
Location
On‑site (5 days a week) in Washington, D.C.
Security Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance (Public Trust)
Role requires U.S. citizenship
