At Paramount, we're revolutionizing the way small and medium businesses advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). Our innovative Self Serve Ads Platform empowers businesses of all sizes to create impactful advertising campaigns at ease, reaching audiences through the power of television and streaming. As the head of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. You will lead a team responsible for driving strong relationships with customers and delivering value through the customer lifecycle. You will build net‑new sales and support programs that help engage with SMB audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Fully own revenue attainment from key accounts and scaled book advertisers using our self‑serve ads platform (Strategy)
With key accounts, drive account growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal strategies (Revenue Growth)
Lead, mentor, develop and hire a team of key account managers and customer success managers (Team Leadership)
Develop and execute account management strategy that drives activation, product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction (Account Management)
Define tools and processes that allow internal and external workflows to scale (Operational Excellence)
Establish and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of SMB key accounts and customer success initiatives, regularly analyzing performance data and making data‑driven recommendations for optimization (Performance Tracking)
Effectively communicate customer needs across cross‑functional partners to help shape marketing messages and product roadmap (Customer Advocacy)
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience (8+ years) working in digital sales or account management, with a track record of driving business growth and customer retention within the SMB segment
Experience in first line management (2+ years) in sales, account management or customer success
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Additional Qualifications
Acute understanding of SMB market dynamics, customer needs, buying behaviors, and competitors’ SMB product solutions
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high‑performing sales, account management or customer success teams
Data‑driven and customer‑centric leader who aligns strategy and vision to proven customer needs
Skilled in change management and process optimization in fast‑paced environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Hiring Salary Range $125,000.00 - 145,000.00 (+ 70% Sales Incentive)
Salary applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
