Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Games Producer on our Roblox games at Baobab Studios. The Games Producer will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day production of games for both new projects and live‑ops. This role involves managing teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience on Roblox

Hands‑on technical development experience (Programming)

Strong communication and team management skills

Experience with game design

Proficiency in project management

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
