This role requires maintaining close relationships while building lasting trust and confidence with multiple accounts. You will provide strategic support and key growth insight.
Responsibilities
Account lead for a single brand, mentoring junior account team members.
Create and nurture strong client/agency partnerships.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive, effective team.
Understand product clinical data, competitive landscape, and customer insights to provide strategic value.
Work Pacific Standard Time hours in a hybrid remote setting with travel to client locations in California.
Represent GSW at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
7‑10 years of advertising agency experience, with at least 5 years on pharmaceutical brands.
US pharmaceutical marketing experience.
Excellent communication skills: clear, well-supported point of view, compelling storytelling, and ability to sell agency work.
Strong leadership and partnership building abilities.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and application of new technologies and innovations affecting the health marketplace.
Leader who can command attention, manage group dynamics, and steer clients or agency teams in the right direction.
Location and Salary Hybrid remote with travel to client(s) in California. Salary range: $175,000 – $215,000 per year.
