Delaware North Sportservice is searching forreliable and customer-focused part-time Bag Check Ambassadors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at the bag check area. Process payments from guests for bag check services. Inspect and securely store checked bags in designated areas. Ensure compliance with arena security policies regarding bag restrictions. Issue claim tickets and assist guests with retrieving their belongings after the event. Maintain a clean and organized bag check office. Collaborate with security personnel to address any concerns or prohibited items. Handle guest inquiries and provide general event information. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with large crowds. Log and distribute lost and found items. More about you
Must be at least 18 years old Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50lbs Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus Must be available to work an event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The average shift will be between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the event and needs Physical requirements
Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds Ability to stand 100% of the time Exposure to high-volume noise Shift details
