Team Mission We are building a best‑in‑class Commercial Team and establishing a repeatable go‑to‑market motion. We are hiring a high‑caliber team of Enterprise SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success professionals to thoughtfully engage VPs, General Managers, and other corporate decision‑makers across the Medical Device Industry. Our Commercial Team takes a proactive, consultative, and high‑touch approach, investing heavily in pre‑sales through onboarding and training to ensure customers are on the road to success from Day 1.

Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities at both existing accounts and new MedTech enterprises.

Establish a vision and plan to guide long‑term pipeline generation with Fortune 500 accounts.

Develop and execute consultative/solution sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.

Lead the enterprise sales motion by conducting discovery calls, customizing demos, leading value‑engineering/ROI conversations, and running consultative sales presentations with prospects.

Effectively sell the value of AcuityMD to key stakeholders while navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders including Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT.

Collaborate across internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver product feedback.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets and new‑logo growth goals.

Build effective working partnerships with AcuityMD colleagues (Customer Success, Consulting, Product, etc.) with humility and enthusiasm.

Your Profile

5+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS or Medical Device products.

Expect to travel approximately 50% of the time, including quarterly business reviews, industry events, and onsite visits with customers.

Proven track record of hitting and/or exceeding a competitive quota.

Proactive, gritty, and self‑motivated with infectious energy and resiliency.

Exceptional communicator (verbal and written) who prioritizes a successful sales process.

Excellent at navigating large, complex enterprises to identify and engage key decision‑makers.

Ability to connect and empathize with Medical Device executive teams and commercial leaders.

Consistently exceeded sales and related account targets.

Nice to Haves

Experience selling to the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries.

Network of Medical Device executives and commercial contacts.

Hiring Eligibility You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.

Compensation Base salary range: $100,000.00–$140,000.00, plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Compensation is based on location, role scope, complexity, and candidate experience.
