The role focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle, along with sophisticated financing matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and related matters
Manage due diligence and coordinate across teams
Work closely with partners and mentor junior associates
Candidate Requirements
JD (Class of 2020–2022) and admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
3–5 years of commercial real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures)
Experience with institutional clients or private equity real estate is highly desirable
Strong drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
