Provide exceptional sales and customer service. Initiate and build relationships through creative selling and client‑book use, completing sales through post‑sale follow‑up. Exceed monthly sales goals consistently, establishing weekly sales plans and selling strategies. Assist in maintaining visual and general maintenance of the sales floor. Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces, creating custom design pieces as needed. Assist in maintaining all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Qualifications & Competencies

Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities. Ability to thrive in a high‑paced environment and multitask with ease. A positive, outgoing, high‑energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales‑focused. Computer skills including operation of retail point‑of‑sale system, Word, Excel, and email. Strong desire for fashion and a results‑driven attitude. Senior Level
