What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and develop a high-performing Client Success team supporting SMB merchants across multiple verticals

Define and execute the strategic vision for SMB Client Success, optimizing performance metrics and coverage models

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance merchant engagement and adoption of affirm solutions

Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence merchant strategies

Establish relationships with executive stakeholders to align business goals and drive mutual success

What is Required (Qualifications)

12+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related commercial leadership roles, with 5+ years in a managerial role

Proven track record of scaling client success or account management teams in high-growth environments

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to create actionable plans

Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders

Experience with SMB segment strategies and scalable customer engagement models

Experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech sectors

Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in fast-paced environments
