Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

A leading Real Estate Investment Management Firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its Investments team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate investments across various asset classes and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Evaluation:

Assist in identifying and assessing new real estate investment opportunities.

Financial Underwriting:

Lead detailed financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions.

Investment Materials:

Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and present findings to the Investment Committee.

Modeling & Analytics:

Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate returns, capital structures, and sensitivities.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market analysis to support investment strategies and identify emerging trends.

Transaction Management:

Coordinate with legal, lenders, and third-party consultants to ensure smooth closings.

Pipeline Oversight:

Track deal flow, monitor milestones, and maintain accurate investment metrics.

Strategic Input:

Provide recommendations on pricing, structuring, and risk assessment for acquisitions.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Argus experience preferred.

Strong analytical capabilities and deep understanding of valuation metrics (IRR, equity multiple, DCF, NOI).

Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complex concepts into clear presentations.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for property tours, market research, and due diligence.
