The Revenue team drives top‑line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution. They acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in‑store, telesales, and the app, and lead onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimisation to help merchants and partners succeed.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy—including onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs that improve Client Success, Sales, and Partnerships team performance.

Partner with Revenue leaders to identify performance gaps and develop scalable solutions that drive revenue impact.

Build and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and content to standardise best practices across teams and markets.

Define and own success metrics for training effectiveness, track KPIs (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, win rates), quantify impact, and refine programs based on data insights.

Lead change management and coach sales managers to embed new skills, methodologies, and processes effectively.

What We Look For

10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or Revenue operations, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.

Proven success designing and implementing programmes that improved field productivity and performance metrics across Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships.

Deep understanding of selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, etc.) and ability to translate them into actionable playbooks and training.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills across functions and seniority levels.

Deep knowledge of CRM and enablement tools (Gong, Spekit, Salesforce) and experience tailoring AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion) for field use cases.

A self‑starter and coach‑minded leader with high EQ, adaptability, and a passion for developing talent.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Grade: N Equity Grade: 8 USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $190,000 - $240,000 per year USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $169,000 - $219,000 per year Additional equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, tech spending, and 100% subsidised medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependants.

Remote‑First This is a remote‑first role. Most roles can be performed anywhere within the country of employment, with occasional office availability required for some responsibilities.
