What You’ll Do
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Work with large datasets to identify trends, perform analyses, and develop reports that influence business decisions across Commercial functions.
Strategic Execution:
Contribute to initiatives in marketing, pricing, product curation, and competitive analysis that align with growth strategies.
Supplier Partnership Optimization:
Partner with suppliers to optimize product offerings and refine the shopping experience using data‑driven insights.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Use customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve our platforms.
Problem‑Solving:
Tackle ambiguous challenges and generate actionable solutions that improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
Technology Utilization:
Build data‑driven insights with Excel, SQL, R, or Python and recommend process improvements.
What You’ll Need Basic Qualifications
1–3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship or co‑op experience.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. (See visa list above.)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
Familiarity with a programming language (R, Python) and willingness to learn.
Strong consultative skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
