The Global Finance Director is responsible for leading the entire financial function of Deployed Logix (DLX), overseeing both U.S. headquarters and international operations. This role directs budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and the management of all accounting and finance teams. The Global Finance Director ensures the company's overall financial health, supports strategic decision‑making for executives, manages financial risk, and ensures full regulatory compliance. This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and international processes, with the ability to provide strong leadership and strategic financial insight across a rapidly growing global organization.
Lead and oversee the Finance Department for both HQ and international operations.
Manage and mentor accounting and finance teams, including Controller, Accountants, AP/AR, and financial analysts.
Ensure alignment, consistency, and high performance across all financial functions.
Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning for all business units.
Direct the analysis of financial results, including interim and year‑end financial statements with supporting schedules for executive review.
Provide executive leadership with strategic financial insights and recommendations for key decisions.
Review and present KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics, and margin analysis.
Manufacturing Finance & Cost Accounting
Oversee cost accounting functions such as BOM analysis, inventory valuation, margin tracking, standard costs, and production variance analysis.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production to optimize cost structures and profitability.
Analyze COGS trends and support pricing strategies and product financial performance.
Financial Health & Risk Management
Ensure strong financial controls, risk mitigation practices, and audit readiness.
Manage cash flow, working capital, investments, and financial exposures.
Mitigate risk through robust financial policies, internal controls, and compliance processes.
Regulatory Compliance & Global Operations
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable international financial regulations.
Oversee consolidations, global reporting, intercompany transactions, and multi‑entity financial structures.
Ensure accurate and timely financial close processes across all regions (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Oversee the full financial close cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all statements.
Prepare and review consolidated financial reports, supporting schedules, and management guidance materials.
Provide data and insights to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial modeling.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred.
5 – 8 + years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
Background in manufacturing finance and international operations required.
Experience in multi‑entity financial management.
Expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
Ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and develop scalable financial systems.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial tools.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong operations‑oriented financial mindset.
Ability to lead the full financial function of a global organization.
