About the Role:
I’m working with multiple civil litigation law firms that are looking for trial-focused defense attorneys and med-mal litigators at the associate level. Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience drafting motions, taking depositions, and managing cases in state court. Interest in trial work is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a mix of defense litigation matters (general liability, med-mal, premises, etc.)
Draft motions, discovery, and case strategy
Work directly with partners and senior litigators
Prepare cases for trial & assist with trial prep
You May Be a Fit If You:
Have 1–7 years of civil litigation experience
Are licensed with the CA Bar (required)
Want a collaborative team and reasonable hours
Value culture fit and long‑term growth
Compensation:
