Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

As a

Senior Analyst , you will join TMG’s dynamic portfolio management team, assisting with portfolio transitions, model construction and analysis, trade preparation, and portfolio reporting.

This role will be responsible for setting asset allocation strategy, portfolio construction, fund due diligence, supporting the business development team, attending prospective and client meetings as subject matter experts, and working with M&A-related investment integrations.

M&A

Participate in integration of TMG investment strategy with acquired partner firms.

Develop and execute recommendations for onboarding portfolios.

Deliver the TMG Value Proposition and consolidate outside assets

Ensure retention of TMG clients

Business Development

Act as a subject matter expert for TMG’s investment offerings with internal stakeholders.

Meet with prospects and TMG clients to propose investment strategies, grow firm AUM and acquire wallet share.

Professional Development

Stay informed on global market trends and contribute ideas for new investment strategies.

Adhere to compliance standards set by FINRA, SEC, and other governing entities.

Maintain technical competence by staying updated on industry developments.

Assist with research and selection of new investment opportunities.

Assist in ad-hoc projects to improve firm operational efficiency and fulfill compliance requirements.

Develop personalized investment recommendations and provide investment instructions to trade desk.

Propose adjustments to TMG portfolios and facilitate allocation updates.

Engage in financial modeling and ad hoc investment research projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to support informed investment decisions aligned with the firm’s strategy.

Take lead investment role on assigned book of client relationships and lead client meetings.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant professional work experience

Progress towards CFA or advanced graduate degree (i.e., MBA) preferred

Series 65 or able to obtain as condition of employment

Intermediate knowledge of equity markets and investment strategies

Demonstrated analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with VBA and Python

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
