We are now seeking a

Retail Area Manager

to support the next stage of our U.S. retail expansion. This role will oversee 3–5 store locations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and a consistent brand experience. What You Will Achieve

Oversee day‑to‑day operations for 3–5 retail store locations, ensuring compliance with POP MART’s operational, visual, and customer experience standards

Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales targets, ATV, UPT, Membership, and shrink control

Train, coach, and motivate Store Managers and store staff to ensure high performance and strong team culture

Support hiring, onboarding, and development of store‑level staff in coordination with the District Manager

Manage store staffing levels and payroll to align with labor budgets and productivity goals

Travel regularly to store locations to observe, audit, and support operations

Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention protocols

Act as a communication link between stores and the District Manager, ensuring timely reporting and follow‑through on key initiatives

Partner with cross‑functional departments including HR, Marketing, Construction, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Merchandising to support store needs

Champion a strong customer service culture and deliver feedback that supports continuous improvement

Identify and address operational challenges in a timely and effective manner

Support Store Managers in executing promotional events and product launches

Oversee ROBO Shop (vending machine) operations within assigned area, including hiring and managing ROBO Operators, optimizing performance, and driving sales at local ROBO locations.

What You Will Need

3 to 5 years minimum of progressive experience in retail as a Store Manager as well as 1+ year of multi‑unit management experience preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire diverse teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem‑solving and time management abilities

Proven ability to meet and exceed operational goals and KPIs

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems

Language: English required; Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory

Must be able to travel between store locations regularly
