Legal Associate

nationally recognized Commercial Finance group
that represents leading banks, finance companies, and private equity sponsors on
multi-billion-dollar transactions
across the U.S. and internationally.
They’re looking for an
associate, senior associate or counsel level
to join their growing team.
The Role You’ll advise on a wide variety of
complex finance matters , including:
Asset-based and cash-flow lending
Leveraged acquisitions and secured financings
Loan restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings
Private equity and sponsor-backed transactions
