Sr. Manager, Workforce Insights & Planning
Join Kraft Heinz and help grow our people to grow our business. In this role, you will build the workforce planning strategy through analytics and develop capabilities within the NA P&P Operations team.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with leaders to understand current challenges and develop analytical strategies that guide business decision‑making.
Use analytical problem‑solving to draw insights and recommendations from data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Build workforce planning strategy based on analytics and insights consolidated through various inputs.
Develop technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify complex people issues for leadership or non‑technical audiences.
Develop tools and analytics solutions that assess the health of the organization across multiple applications.
Maintain partnerships across diverse collaborators, including Operations, People Analytics, and People & Performance teams.
Qualifications
Experience with external benchmarking related to labor and employment.
Proficiency in data analytics and process improvement.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Strong communication skills to convey data and insights to varying levels of the organization.
Knowledge of Workday, Tableau, Jira, Kronos, and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Effectiveness in managing multiple assignments amid changing priorities.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders outside the formal line of authority.
