Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks a Labor and Employment Attorney to join its New York office as a non‑partnership track salaried attorney.
This position is benefits‑eligible and has a billable hour goal of 1,500–1,800 hours.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
Extensive litigation experience; capable of running and managing cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court.
Strong analytical, research and writing skills.
Comfortable advising clients directly and managing deadlines and case dockets.
Experience with traditional labor law is a plus.
Requirements
New Jersey bar membership required.
New York bar membership required within one year of employment (preferred).
Telecommuting arrangements may be considered from a home office in New York or New Jersey.
