Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Gpac has partnered with multiple general contractors looking to add Superintendents to their team. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program!

Superintendent Requirements

Previous experience as a Superintendent

Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively

Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.

Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
